La Licuadora - A Slice of Peru on Your Plate

This place is one of the best representations of Peru. 5 starts is not even enough to give La Licuadora. We order a little bit of everything. I cannot start what was more delicious, everything was cooked perfectly, ingredients had so much flavor to each bite. I was only in Miami for two days and had been on the search for a delicious Peruvian restaurant since I am half Peruvian myself. Getting to taste exactly what I expect and even more. I give every compliment I can to the chef and I seriously can’t wait to return just to eat here again. It was the BEST and outstanding representation of the food from Peru.
